Who can view my registry?
Your registry will be viewed by anyone who searches your name if you did not set a privacy password. If you did set a password, only those with access to your password will be able to view you registry items.
How long will my registry be live?
Your registry will be live as soon as you set it up and will remain up 4 months past your event date.
Can I change or update my registry once it’s set up?
Absolutely! You can add, delete or change any items on your registry at any time. Just log into your account, click on my registry and choose “Manage Items” from the top menu to edit the items on your list. You can also change your shipping address, personal information or date of event by clicking on the “Edit Info” tab.
How do I let people know about my registry?
You can share your registry easily by clicking on the “Share” tab within your registry page. You will be able to add email addresses to send your registry list to. Friends and family will know immediately that you are registered at Bloumebaby.com and will be able to click through the email straight to the site to start purchasing! Also, at your request we will send you registry announcement cards to include in your shower invitations.
Will my gifts be gift-wrapped?
Your gift givers will have the option to choose gift-wrap and a gift message. If their purchase is over $100 it will be complimentary. If they do not choose the gift-wrap option, your items will arrive in standard shipping condition.
How do I return a gift?
You can return any item that has been unworn, unwashed and unused within 60 days of your registry event for an exchange or store credit. Simply email customerservice@bloumebaby.com for a copy of your gift invoice and include the invoice in your return package. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
